Lent is a season of reflection and preparation before the celebrations of Easter. While it is a privileged time to pray, fast, and give alms, it is, also a season that invites us to respond to Jesus’ question, do you love me? A question, as Simon Peter discovered, is more than an emotion but a relationship. Come, and join us for this day of reflection and discover what love has to do with Lent.

Lent is a time of listening to Jesus, a wisdom teacher who spoke to us through stories, metaphors and parables, which turned things upside down when he spoke about who belonged, what was fair, how we forgive. This weekend retreat will consider the lessons contained in these stories and how Jesus invites his hearers to leave conventional wisdom behind in order to live by an alternative wisdom.
