The Executive Assistant provides administrative and personal support to the Archbishop and ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of his office.
The successful candidate will demonstrate familiarity with the structure, beliefs, and practices of the
Roman Catholic Church,
and will possess exceptional writing skills,
computer proficiency, and superior interpersonal skills.
Post-secondary education and facility with the French language are required, along with
minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive office environment.
