Special
prayers for peace in the Holy Land The
Executive Committee of the Canadian Conference of Catholic
Bishops is proposing to the Bishops of Canada that celebrations
of the Way of the Cross on Good Friday include special prayers
for peace in the Holy Land and throughout the Middle East. Suggestions
for Good Friday 2011 have been kindly prepared in
English and French.
The texts are provided in Word
(to make any possible adaptations easier) as well as in PDF
(formatted as a two-fold pamphlet to be printed on 8 1/2 x 11
inch paper). These can be downloaded, adapted and used free of
charge by dioceses, parishes, religious communities or other
