The Resource Centre of the Pastoral Services Department of the Archdiocese contains resources suitable for use in children’s sacramental preparation (geared both for children and for parents), marriage preparation, parental preparation for infant baptism, the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults and Children) programs, youth programs, social justice issues, small faith sharing communities. Topics include church doctrine, history and practice of the sacraments, spirituality, vocations (single, married, religious and priesthood), separated and divorced, human development, seasonal, saints, scripture, prayer, liturgy, etc.

The Resource Centre consists of a library of hardcopy and paperback books, an audio visual centre, audio cassettes, official church documents and periodicals.

The Resource Centre catalogues are updated as new resources are added. Catalogues are available on request.
